ROLE: Graduate Trainee Manager
Reporting to: Reports to Line Manager within the operating company.
Purpose:
-
To support the work of the departments within the operating company, to help them achieve their aims and objectives
-
To learn about Bibby Financial Services work in order to become an effective leader
-
To achieve project objectives as assigned to the Graduate Management Development Group
-
During the Scheme the postholder will work across the 2 main departments of the operating company – operations and sales for up to 12 months. Project and research work will also be allocated throughout the year
Key responsibilities:
-
Undertake day to day duties in operations and sales departments
-
Support or lead on project work, including research work for the Management Development Group.

Provide high quality communications (e.g. reports, proposals, presentations)
-
To be a strong team player who proactively provides support across teams
-
To represent Bibby Financial Services in an appropriate and professional manner (internal and external)
-
Undertake other duties as required.

Attend meetings as requested

Visit other Bibby Financial Services companies
-
Complete ABFA qualifications
Key Competencies and Skills:
ESSENTIAL

Minimum 2:2 degree in a business studies related subject.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). This includes appropriate verbal communications and clear and relevant written communication skills
